Booking Policy

Check-In & Check-Out

​

  • Check-In: Starts at 3:00 PM. Early check-in is not available.

  • Check-Out: Strictly at 11:00 AM. Late check-out incurs a fee of ₱1,000 per hour.​

​

Guest Verification

​

  • All guests must present a valid Government-issued ID (locals) or Passport (foreigners).

  • Only registered guests are permitted to stay. Extra guests will be charged ₱1,000 per day.

​

Occupancy & Age Requirement

​

  • Maximum occupancy is limited to registered guests only.

  • Guests must be 21 years or older to book.

​

House Rules​

​

  • Shoes must be removed upon entry.

  • No Smoking: A cleaning fee of ₱5,000–₱10,000 applies for violations.

  • No Pets: Unauthorized pets will incur a ₱5,000 penalty.

  • No Events or Vendors: Parties, gatherings, or outside vendors are not permitted.

Damage & Entry​

  • Any damages must be reported within 1 hour of check-in.

  • The host may enter the unit for emergencies or necessary repairs.

​

Lost Items​

​

  • The host is not responsible for lost items.

  • Guests must cover shipping costs for any returned belongings.

​

Communication​

​

  • Guest support is available online from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily.

​

Prohibited Activities​

​

  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines of up to ₱50,000.

  • The host is not liable for injuries or losses incurred during the stay.

​

Inspection & Refunds​

​

  • Guests must inspect the unit within 30 minutes of arrival.

  • No refunds will be issued after acceptance of the unit.

​

Force Majeure​

​

  • Crib2Go is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or emergencies. The payment will be forfeited in favor of Crib2Go in case of no show.
